In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Eventfinda acts as an independent ticketing agent for New Zealand event organisers. We don’t own, manage or have decision-making power over the events for which we provide ticketing services.

If, for some reason, you wish to change your tickets from one performance date or venue to another, feel free to contact us and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.
